Cancellation Policy

We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24-Hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Your credit card is required to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. You will be billed a $25 cancellation fee for each appointment that is cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice. Appointments that are rescheduled/canceled within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged the no show fee. ​​ •No-shows will be billed (50%) of the regular service price. •Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay towards their visit when booking future appointments.​ •Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled online 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, appointments rescheduled or cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice must be confirmed via telephone, text, email. •No shows/cancellations for consultation appointments will be billed a $25 fee if a 24 hour notice was not given.
